1. Shipping Policy
-We ship our products across India through India Post – Speed Post.
-Dispatch Timeline: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.
-Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery is within 7–10 business days from dispatch.
-You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order is shipped.
-We are not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, courier partner issues, or incorrect address details.

2. Returns Policy
-We do not accept returns, except in the case of damaged products received.
-To request a replacement:
a. Email us at support_dycwf@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
b. You must attach an unboxing/opening video as evidence (taken before opening the parcel).
c. Ensure the product is unused and in original packaging.

3. Refunds Policy
-Donations and Subscriptions made through our website are non-refundable under any circumstances.
-Product Refunds are not provided. Only replacements for damaged items are allowed.
-If a replacement cannot be processed due to lack of stock or other issues, a full refund will be provided to your original payment method within 7 working days.
